1, RF antenna interface.


It is a very traditional and relatively old way of signal transmission. It transmits high-frequency current to the signal source as a radio frequency. After receiving the signal over a long distance, it is restored to the corresponding information. This process is wireless propagation.


Advantages: The distance is long and the coverage is wide. It is very common on TV sets and most used in rural areas.


Disadvantages: Since the video and audio signals are repeatedly adjusted and interfere with each other, the picture sound output quality is also the worst among all interfaces.


2, AV interface.


Also called composite video interface, RCA. Through the audio and video terminals carried by the user, the AV line is connected to the other data and audio and so on to other display and audio-visual equipment.


Advantages: Signal fidelity is relatively better, once used on DVDs and TVs.


Disadvantages: Image quality is greatly affected by the wire and can only transmit analog signals.


3, component interface.


The component interface is also called S-terminal, which is based on the improvement of RCA. The brightness and chrominance are separated and transmitted to avoid mutual interference.


Advantages: The signal quality is higher than RCA, especially on color signals, and is used in DVDs, projectors, etc.


Disadvantages: weak anti-interference ability, line length generally does not exceed 7 meters; can only transmit video signals, no audio signals.


The RCA interface and the component interface are also available on the TV, but the use is not much, and the basic first elimination of the edge.


4, VGA interface.


It transmits a wide range of red, blue and green analog signals and synchronization signals. It is widely used. The common interface of computer hard disks is very common on existing desktops, and applications such as projectors and televisions are also widely used.


Advantages: Signal quality and HD ratio, support multiple resolution formats.


Disadvantages: Audio transmission is not supported, anti-interference is weak, and the line length should not exceed 10 meters.


5, HDMI interface.


Also called HD interface, it can transmit uncompressed audio signals and high-resolution video signals. At the same time, it is not necessary to perform digital/analog or analog/digital conversion before signal transmission, which can ensure the highest quality video and audio signal transmission. The current application is very wide and very popular.


Advantages: A lot of support products, video and audio transmission is almost impeccable.


Disadvantages: Poor PC compatibility, multi-screen output is not supported.


6, network cable interface.


This is to connect to broadband, it goes without saying.


7, DVI interface.


There are several types of DVI interfaces, but generally only two are more common. One is a pure digital interface called DVI-D, which can only receive digital signals, which are not compatible with analog signals. One is DVI-I, which is compatible with analog (which can output analog signals through a DVI-I to VGA adapter) and digital signals. Most serial hard drives, liquid crystal displays, and projectors use this interface.


Advantages: With the analog signal scale, the digital signal has not undergone any conversion, and the propagation speed changes, which is definitely the best choice for some non-delay games.


Disadvantages: DVI is generally compatible with TVs, mainly because DVI does not support audio transmission, which is also the promotion of HDMI.


8, DP interface.


The DP interface is the successor of the DVI interface, and is also born to surpass HDMI. Nowadays, there are mainly DisplayPort interfaces and miniDP interfaces developed by Apple. Compared with DVI, the DP interface has improved a lot, and there have been qualitative changes in terms of mass and customizability.


Advantages: PC perfect support, strong compatibility for a variety of interfaces, and 1.3 standard DP, speed can reach 21.6Gb / s, resolution can directly support up to 4K, mainly PC, which is why the current 4K display is used The reason for the DP interface.


Disadvantages: The time of appearance is too short, and there are currently fewer supported products.
